Shipping time is estimated and begins from the date of shipping. It can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures (since most of the items are imported) or other causes.

  1. Once your order is confirmed, details will be sent to you by email.

  2. Take photo or screenshot of the receipt and send it to camischoiceph@gmail.com/FB messenger, mentioning your order number.

  3. After we receive your payment, your order/s will be processed immediately.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you are not happy with the item/s received, please contact us within 10 days.

  • Items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

  • Shipping fee will be made at your own cost.

  • Returns & Refund are subject for approval depending on the condition of the item.

 

FAQs

  • Sandals/Shoes are made to order and must be paid in full before it will be manufactured.

  • Bags/Wallets/Accessories are all imported products with limited stocks, if you wish to order more than one of the same item kindly contact us for more info.

  • Pre-ordered items will be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks and must be paid in full before it will be processed.

  • Payments must be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice, unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
